We provide Property Condition Audits carried out by trade qualified auditors to occupied and or vacant dwellings, including community managed accommodation and shared supported accommodation to dwellings, moveable units, houses, town houses, single storey flats, walk up units, multi storey flats, offices, shops and or other properties as required.
The group has experience in all facets of the building industry and can undertake works ranging from the replacement of damaged doors right through to the full refurbishments and upgrades to construction of multi-level residential complex.
The group carry out both electrical and gas compliance safety checks in line with the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 utilising direct fully qualified and licenced electrical and gas plumbing trades.
The group offer a 24 hour a day,7 day a week all year round maintenance service on all building maintenance requirements covering most trades for a one stop shop including carpentry, painting, plastering, gas and general plumbing, electrical, gardening, tree services, cleaning, carpet, vinyl, bricklaying, concreting, glazing and pest control.
The group is registered with the VBA as a registered Builder and Energy Safe Victoria as a registered Electrical Contractor.
McPeake Facility Services Pty Ltd are a registered worker screening provider for all NDIS properties under The National Disability Insurance Scheme who provide support to people with disability, their families and carers.
